This is Better Than Vegas!

What are the odds of winning more give-a-ways? Evidently, better than the odds at the gambling tables of Los Vegas! Besides having won the fabric from FabricWorm that I mentioned in my last posting, I have won prizes again! ... TWICE!!!
First off, from Sandy's blog, Quilting for the Rest of Us I won this focus fabric called "Fondly Flowers" by Laura Heine for Kings Road along with four FQ's of coordinating fabric! Sandy has a great blog that covers quilting, recipes, stories about interesting people and more. She also has a terrific podcast. I love listening to her episodes. Thank you Sandy, for this great prize in honor of National Quilting Day!

If this wasn't good enough already, I've also been lucky to be the winner of even MORE fabric AND a pattern!
Amy, over at Harriet Homemaker Strikes Again blog, participated in a recent blog hop that the Quilting Gallery had organised. This Blog Hop Party was fun! I was tickled when I found that I won!

My prize was a pattern from Eleanor Burns and some DS Quilts (Denyse Schmidt) almost-fat quarters.
Thank you Amy, for such a wonderful prize and for playing along on that blog hop!

I have also treated myself to more fabric because I met a goal with my weight loss efforts. (I am in "One-der-land" now) The prize I've given myself is some of the new Ghastlie fabrics that are just coming out again!

I better get my life organized so I can sew up all this fabric before it rots! hahaha I hope you are having a quilty weekend too! Happy Sewing!

CONGRATULATIONS! Not only on those wins but on your weight loss as well....I am fairly certain the latter was hard earned.
Have you ever checked out. LOSE IT ? I have the app on my tablet and LOVE it....makes it so much easier to keep tabs on your caloric intake and exercise goals

Thanks Jill! I have heard about that app, but I am an app-less person with a plain Jane cell phone, so I don't use any apps. lol

I do use Sparkpeople.com for tracking stuff though. If you can ignore the advertising, their tools are pretty good too.

Thanks for stopping by!
