A Little Play Time

I finished block 12 and have just two more to go before I assemble the top. This is the Folk Art quilt. It will be a somber, quiet, peaceful quilt and I think it will be homey.

I am experimenting with a little doll:

 She isn't as naked as she was:

I don't know how this will turn out for sure, but I am enjoying the process! She's about three inches tall. A wee dead pixie...or is she a fairy? We shall see.

It isn't a lot of studio time, but it is better than no studio time.
