Rollin' on the River

If I've done any work in the studio since last time, it's been work on the landscape quilt. A few days ago, it looked like this:

Here is a closeup of the tree:

I am getting ever closer to having it done. I have some tweaking to do and some more thread painting. The basic quilting is done though. The river has metallic thread that shines in the right light.
I hope to start finishing it up tomorrow. First I'll finish the thread-work, then on to the binding. I am liking this so far!
