Messy, messy, messy

Block number two is out for the My Tweets quilt. I have a lot of prep work to do for all the pieces on it! Here are several petals and leaves, ready to be starched:

I've decided to go a different colorway as compared to the maker of the patterns. Since my first block and the center medallion both have peacocks in them, I wanted to make these birds a little different.

Today I have planned to be in the studio most all day! Now let's hope everyone else cooperates with that desire!
